I built the card by decoupaging the middle section. I used 2mm foam pads to make the image really stand out. I mounted the image onto cerise card, and added cerise ribbon near the bottom of the image and then stuck it onto blue shiny card stock.
I used the Birthday Wishes sentiment which was included in the sheet to finish it off.
