Birthday wishes to a Special Sister

Have a great day
A beautiful card with a central plaque which is adorned with a layered arrangement of roses. It is a fairly easy card to make and looks really impressive . A choice of sentiments makes it more versatile. It fits an 8x8" card or can be resized to your requirements.

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a White Scalloped edge card. Used Foam Pads, to attach the Decoupage. I stuck tiny shiny lilac pearls on the sentiment, and in the middle of the bow. A wonderful design, and made
a into a nice card.
