I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and added the layers to the base image using sticky pads.
I made a diamond spring card and covered the base and the diamond with pretty spotty vellum. Mounted the topper onto the diamond.
I added corner peel offs onto the diamond and base as shown and made up a 'just to say.. caption to go opposite the happy birthday one on the base of the card.
