Pink Peony Gold Butterflies Lots to 3DCompleted by Pamela Horton The whispering Platypus

For those who like to cut and decoupage this is a perfect card for your skill. It is,very sweet & delicate looking and the peonies come to life

I Cut all the elements in card (Crafty Bob Matt) and again in good quality white copy paper.

I made up all the flowers with card and then layered the paper peces on top with double sided foam squares.

The same with the butterflies. I opened the wings a little. For the top layer I made up the base card - Using Gold Card -Front Finish 14.5 cm x 15.5. To make the mount for the topper , I attached double sided tape to the back of each piece,1.a pale green linen finish light card 14x14 cm, 3. a pearl finish dark green paper 13.5x13.5..

Before I attached the peonies to the topper I used a gold metallic pen and ruler to make a 4cm line around the frame

I then attached a ribbon (Green Organza 2.5cm Wide) to the back of the dark Green with enough length to come to the front and tie a bow.I then attached all the elements to the topper As shown and matted them together before then finally attaching the finished topper to the gold card. I highlighted the peonies with clear nail polish as I had run out of glossy accents, and it turned out really well, and dried in seconds so I put a second layer.

I then tied the bow and secured it with a clear tiny dot . A universal Card for any occasion, so I used the blank sentiment, keeping each of the sentiments to place the appropriate one on top when needed
