Cerise Rose with Silver Background Step by Step

This is a beautiful step by step card,with a magical 3D effect suitable for almost any occasion. A great one to keep on hand.

I cut out all the elements and the topper. the card is a black matt ( Front Finish 17.5 x 13.5cm). To mount the topper I cut a piece of Bright deep red foil 13x 16.5cm and a strip 1.7 cm x17.5 cm- the strip is attached vertically to the topper provided. You could use ribbon. I wanted to match the backing paper. I folded the edges over the top and bottom of the topper and attached at the back.

I Then attached this to the red foil and then to the matt black card front using double sided tape. I lay the leaves out first and then attached them with double sided foam squares. Once I was happy I then lay out all the roses( as per the provided topper) and attached with double sided foam squares and strips in turn 1. the 2 roses for the top Flower

2. The bottom rose.

3. the 2nd top rose &

4. The 2 middle roses overlapping the petals carefully. A delightful result due to clever design of the small spaces and gaps between the layers of roses
