Very easy to make this card, cut out all the parts, I put some nice blue paper on as a base, then the main background, sticking them down with double sided tape.

Next I cut out the holes in the wheel borrow wheels, and aded them with double sides pads, them added flowers, and the butterfly with a sticky pad only down the middle and fanned out the wings, last I added the Happy days always, but you can add any thing you like in that spot. When finished it fits a DL envelope.
