Happy Birthday
This is a shaped topper for an 8x8 card. This one is great for the girls who love shoes and all things pretty. There's a shaped topper - something a little different - and decoupage layers plus a tag to place as you choose.
Great for girls of many ages and the subtle, beautiful blue tones will suit most styles and eras.
