I printed the design onto smooth white card then cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a balnk 8 x 8 square card,then added the decoupage with foam pads,I finished with gold corner peel offs and ruby pearls to the centre of the flowers,I lovely shabby chic design suitable for many occasions.
