I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card with double sided tape.
I added glitter to the hem of the bodice, the top of the shoe and the small heart to compliment the lovely design.
