Green Polka Dot ShoesCompleted by Nicky Thorne

I printed onto photo paper and decoupaged using foam pads, I added jewels to flower centres. This was then matted onto green co-ordinating card and placed onto white card stock. Finally I added a greeting. Very easy to make and effective.
