I made up the decoupage and assembled the pieces together. I then mat and layered onto black card and scalloped the edges. Then mat and layered the design again onto red card and again scalloped the edges.

I done the same with the sentiment tag along with adding a gold band going across the bottom of the card.

I added my own sentiment within the blank box that is on the sheet. The whole thing was then mounted onto black card. I added a red bow at the top to finish the card off.

Going around some of the outline on the design I used black glitter to finish.
