I copied to gloss premium photo paper and cut out all the elements.I used d.s.foam tape to build up the decoupage and also used silicone glue.

I painted the parts I wanted to glitter with pale gold, added a heart to the center of the ribbon and put some water drops on the roses.

Backed the main card with 2mm foam pads just to raise it up slightly. I cut the backing paper to fit the card and then matted the design at an angle. I added a With Love greeting and a heart.

I am thrilled with the result it is a stunning card.
