Aqua Shimmer GownCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 200gsm CUP photo paper. I used an 8x8 card blank and covered it with a CUP backing paper.

I but out the greeting aperture and replaced it with a vintage photo, then I matted the base image onto gold mirror textured card, then blue holo card, i then added an aqua feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used Star Dust & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some extra shimmer. i embellished with a gold die cut swirl.
