printed this off onto glossy photo paper,cut red card stock to size and using double sided tape i stuck the base card on, i then stuck the other bits on with sticky fixers,added some glitter to the dress ,put sparkle dots in the corners and added happy birthday to the bottom corner and put dots on it as well.
