After printing out the sheet and cutting out the elements, I mounted the decourpage pieces with foam tape onto the base topper.

I added 3 diamontes to the collar of the dress and some tangerine Liquid Pearls mini dots to the design on the hat.

Around the shoes I added 3 gold Liquid Pearls dots in a line on the border and adhered the "All a girl needs" sentiment with foam tape.

I finished it off, by mounting the base topper onto a matching red cardstock and creating the card base and inked the edges in gold ink, added a gold peel-off corner to the top RHS and a bow above the sentiment made out of red and gold mesh/ netting which I folded over a couple of times and then tried it into a bow.
