I printed off the sheet on to photo quality paper and cut out all the pieces. I mounted the main design on to a 6x6 teal card with dst. I fixed the decoupage with foam pads.
I finished off by adding a blue satin bow to the top, a crystal heart to bottom of the heart, a birthday greeting and finished off with pale blue gems for her ear-rings and I gave her a ring on her finger.
