I printed the image onto good quality satin paper and cut out the layers. I decoupaged using 3d foam pads, I used an embossing folder to emboss an 8x8" card and attached a ribbon across the lower half.

I attached the topper then added lilac gems, paper flowers and a bow to decorate the finished card. Easy and quick to make.
