Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look and dimension to petals. Apply largest image to patterned paper, then card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect.

Add crystal gems or other embellishments to center of flower and the one in right corner. Add organza ribbon above image.
