I loved this fan but wanted to use it in England so I made a slight change. I cut out the Spanish wording and backed the picture with ivory coloured pearlised paper. I put the sentiment in the aperture that I had created.
I then covered the whole picture with a piece of acetate and the decoupaged the fan on top. I stuck the hole thing to a white square card and added clear gems to the 'lace' round the top of the fan.
