I printed this onto photo paper, cut out and layered the image using 3d foam pads to add height. I matted pretty paper onto a white scalloped card, popped a paper doily on top and then matted the design to the card.
I added teeny sequins, a sweet bow and a fun novelty cake button. A good selection of sentiments included. A gorgeous card for many occasions - who wouldn't feel special receiving this!
I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
