With this design i placed the design base in the centre of a cream card to give the design the effect of being framed, i then added a wavy gold border all round the outside edges of the base, i then built up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, then to finish i once again added a gold wavy border to the inside frame of the design and added a gold happy birthday to the bottom right.This is a terrific design,when made up and would suit most ocassions,
