I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to yellow paper, then on to white card. Layered all elements. Added a bow and some tiny yellow pearls. a greeting can be added if required.
This is such a sweet and pretty design, that can be used for many occasions.

I printed out onto 220 gram card and mounted on a border punched card using DST ,i then decoupaged using sticky pads.
