Rhapsody in BlueCompleted by Marion MacKellar

I reduced the size a little so it would fit on an 8 x 8 card blank. I printed the sheet twice on glossy photo paper as I wanted extra decoupage.

I used dst to attach a contrasting backing paper to the card, attached the main picture with dst and layered the decoupage with silicone glue.

To finish I added a blue ribbon and a pale blue feather. A beautiful design.
