With this design i first printed it out onto satin photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, then i added a pink and gold border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and placing happy birthday gold peel offs on the blank tag and placed this at the top right, this is a really beautiful design which could be used for anumber of ocassions, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
