My Fair Lady Scallop Top SteampunkCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted pearls with clear glaze and finished with turquoise pearls to top of design.
A stunning design.
