Mermaid in Red

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the figure. I layered it onto some gold paper and then onto a red card base.

I used gold peel-offs to form a border, printed the sentiment and layered it as shown and finally attached a little bling to complete it.

This is a lovely design with detailed decoupage pieces that form a striking three dimensional effect.
