I used a white A5 card blank, rounded all corners then brushed the card with Tim Holtz distress ink pad to add a small amount of patchy colour.
Placed the image in the centre and built the decoupage.
Added glitter to parts of the card and small amounts of super fine flower soft here and there for texture.
Added a couple of foiled sentiments to finish the pretty card
