I coverd an A5 card with a suitable background paper for that era,then i mounted the base image,and built up the decoupage,went around the card with a large gold peeloff,also put some thin line peeloffs on the picture,added some cryal glitter on her necklace and ear-rings,, to give it a sparkle.
