After printing this sheet, cutting out the layers and mounting the decourpage items with foam tape, I adhered the base topper onto a silver pearlescent card base with DST leaving a very thin border around all edges.
Adding the Silver and pink "Happy Birthday" peel-off to the sentiment tag and some stars and circles around the design as well as a gold and pink flower peel off on one of the boxes.

Printed sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and all elements. Attached main picture to an A5 white card blank with dst and edged with lilac/gold border peel offs. Layered the decoupage with silicone glue and finished with a pearl in her hat and gems in the flowers.
I didn't add a sentiment yet as this style of design, which is so cute, can be used for many different occasions.
