Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white paper, then onto red paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a cream insert.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added pearls and gingham ribbon to embellish, and a greeting and glitter to finish. This is absolutely gorgeous.
