With this design i first printed it out onto matt photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, i then cut around the base, so that it is the same shape, i then cut out the aperture at the top of the design, i added a gold border all round the outside edges of the card and the aperture, on the inside of the card, i placed a gold backing card and i placed the 18 bubble in the centre so that when the card is closed, the 18 is in the middle of the window, to finish my card i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, bright, fun design for any birthday, was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning and very effective when done.
