Betty Red Dress Decoupage
A sweet Betty Boop look-a-like cookie girl, dressed in a long red dress. She is framed by polka dots & red roses. Includes card front or topper & easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a really special card for ladies & girls of all ages.
Includes matching Happy Birthday greeting tag.

I printed this on to photo paper and cut out the pieces. I mounted the main piece on to a pink printed card with dst. I added the decoupage with foam pads.
I then added gold dots all around the design, decorated her dress with emblems and placed a red satin bow beside the birthday greeting.
The sheet was printed onto photo paper. The main image was cut using a fancy blade then attached to white card. Silver peel off has been used for the border. The elements were attached using silicone glue and foam pads.
