Pretty Lady Topper with Matching Card FrontCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i placed the designers card front onto a C5 red card in the centre, so to leave a red border all the way round, i then built up the design, to finish i added a gold lace border all round the design base, adding a pink gem at every corner then the happy birthday sentiment which i placed at the bottom left on the bow.

This is a very pretty design, im sure any young girl would love.
