Lady in Red
Pretty lady and butterfly in shades of red and gold with a woodland background. There are 2 sentiments or a blank tag for your own message making this a versatile card for many occasions.
The finished card is approximately 7" x 7".

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a black textured square card base and used gold peel-offs to form a border around the image.
I added the sentiment panel and a red faux gem to finish.
This is a beautiful rich design that needs little in the way of embellishment; it makes a gorgeous card on its own.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added blobs of silicone glue under the wings of the butterfly to give more definition.
