I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged it. Onto an aqua card base I attached a pale green frame (made with a punch) and then added the image over that.

At the bottom I also put a strip of more green punched card and glued small white shells onto it, plus a shell/starfish button to complete the card.

This is a great image (mermen are hard to find!) and the pieces of the decoupage are really well thought out, making a wonderful 3D picture.
