I printed out the sheet twice onto glossy card and cut out the main picture and elements I layered the book pages and raised them slightly to accent them and assembled the centre ribbon and added a couple of flowers, then layered ont pale blue plain card and then patterned card and finally onto a dark blue card blank.
I then added peel-off corners.
