I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I folded a mustard square card into a twisted easel shape and attached the image to the easel.
I decorated the base with a tan decorative paper strip, brocaded star ribbon, burgundy glitter shapes and faux gems. I used ticket strip sentiments along the front and added peel-off balloon stickers to the main picture. This is a great image showing all the fun and excitement of the fair, with very easy-to-assemble decoupage pieces.
