Wishing You a Fairy Happy Birthday Card Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all elements, I used DST to attach Topper to a Pink textured card. I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used some Pink Glitter on the flowers, and on the Fairies dress.

I also used some Crystal Glitter on the flowers. I used some stick on pink hearts stickers around the edge of the Topper. A very pretty design.
