She is so pretty, who wouldn't love to receive her in the mail. I printed it out on card stock and then cut out all the elements. I assembled with foam tabs. Added the piece to a light green background and then put that on a pink card.
I added the piece that I cut with a paper punch to the bottom and added the sentiment in the middle.
I used glitter paint to accent her wings and dress and the sparkle in the background.
