Lovely card for that special someone who loves the fantasy world of fairies. I printed on cardstock. I glued each layer of the decoupage directly on top of each other. I sprayed the finished topper using Tattered Angels irridescent gold glimmer mist to add to the fantasy.
The finished topper was attached using double sided tape.
