I covered a blank card with backing paper that I made from blue shades of Moonglow starburst stains.

I cut out the image and stuck centrally with photo glue then shaped the layers and attached with Pinflair glue gel. made a frame with coloured peel-offs and finally some glamour dust on the wings.

Gorgeous!
