Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 6 x 6 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I chose the HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment and added this to the top.
The insert has been left blank so that my customer can write their own message.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using double side adhesive tape, I attached the decoupages to the card. Then I glued it onto the base card, added insert and made the scalloped edge.
