Rose Flower Fairy Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

This sheet is stunning made up into a card. I cut out all elements and layered. I mounted on a sage green polka dot mat and then a pink card. I added lots of pink and white pearls to the image and card front.

I used a pink paper ribbon and the tag included. finally a green bow to finsh off and some ice stickles on the dress edge.
