After printing the sheet onto smooth white cardstock, I cut out all the elements. I mounted them onto the base topper with foam tape and set about to add some more colour.

I added hot pink Stampin'Up Candy dots to the small flower centres, some light green Liquid Pearl dots to the greenery under the large roses, purple Liquid Pearl dots to the fairies' wings and hot pink Liquid Pearl dots on the design flourish.

I then adhered the base topper with DST onto a very bright hot pink cardstock to create the card base, finally adding the "Happy Birthday" sentiment tag.

Just love the brightness and hope it brings a smile to the recipients little face!!!
