I printed the sheet onto smooth white paper then cut out all the pieces. I matted the main topper onto silver holographic card and used wavy scissors to make the border, i then glued this onto white card.

I added crystal glitter tom the fairies wings to make them sparkle then added the decoupage layers using glue gel.

I finished off the card by adding a silver Happy Birthday peel-off.
