A5 Fairy Twinkletoes Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Fairies
I printed on to paper, then mounted the topper on to a white pearl card. Layered all elements. Added gems to the wand, crown and trees, glittered the spots on Twinkletoes' dress, and flower centres. Finished with greetings and a polka dot bow. A very, very pretty design.
