This card is so Cute and what little girl dosen't love fairies. I have known many to have wand in hand, sprinkling fairy dust everywhere to create that perfection they require. So this card was definitely a must.

Once again, I printed the sheet, cut out the elements and decourpaged using foam tape. Added some hot pink Liquid Pearls to the fairy wings following the design and some sparkle to the wand. On the tinier dots on the wings I added Stampin' Up glitter glue and also on the wand. I then adhered the base topper onto a matching cardstock and created the card base. Just PerrrrFect!! You'll whip yours up real quick too with a little magic and your craft tools.
