I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto copper silk mirri card, then added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I matted the panel onto copper mirror card & used foam pads to mount it to the base image. I decoupaged the layer with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle. I embellished with a winged skull charm & resin pocket watch.
