I printed on to paper, then mounted the topper on to a white scalloped edge card and edged with peel-offs.
Layered all elements. Added some paper flowers, a gingham bow, and glitter to finish. This is such a pretty design, lovely pastel springtime colours.

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
