The sheet has been printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a hammer finish pastel yellow card as my base. I mounted the base layer of decoupage straight onto the card. I used 1mm foam pads to layer up the rest of the decoupage.

I used some peel off corners and a piece of yellow dotty grosgrain ribbon to finish.
